The idea was forming a goblet out of porcelain that suits the properties of the material, without making it look too heavy.
The stem of this goblet is crystal-shaped. The bottom is kind of funny: carved it to a kind of hexagonal crystal, to remind the Star of David.
Handcrafted porcelain item.
This piece has been slipcased of two parts, after the bisque firing it was covered with clear glaze, fired again, then decorated with overglaze gold chinapaint.
Produced in a one-man, small scale production, each piece is somewhat different.
